Refunds & Returns Policy

Overview

There is no refund as each piece is individually crafted and channeled.

In general, Crystalixir is not responsible for mail service failures or delays or loss and breakage. Please consider this in your purchase of a crystal creation.

Product Care

Bliss Necklace, Bracelet, Earring and Crown creations can be considered like malas or prayer beads or sacred crystal instruments. Please treat them respectfully and carefully and avoid water contact.

Breakage or Repairs

In case of a breakage for repair, Crystalixir requests both shipping fees and extra crystal material and repair time spent, as an additional fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We only fix items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
